Rebel Studios has been open a month now and it has brought 90+ people together in wellness, raised over $535 for charity, and created a safe, nurturing space where individuals can grow, heal and belong. From shared classes to mindful community events to private coaching sessions to a blissful retreat, we’ve seen powerful transformations and deep bonds form. This is just the beginning of our journey together! Thank you, deeply, for being here and walking alongside me.

I promised a "last call" to many of you (this is it)... so keep reading for exciting invitations, flexibility tips to try at home and more info on the classes and pricing to come.


You're Invited! October 4

Rebel's Ribbon Cutting with the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce will take place Friday, October 4th at 12 noon.

This will be a fun, FREE event including catered lunch, local vendors (hat bar, permanent jewelry, makeup, nutrition samples) and giveaways.

Remember parking will be tricky, so plan to park on Spedale Ct. by Pizza Hut, cross the street, and walk up to our building by the side of Blind Tiger Tattoo and Piercing.

Also, October 4, is our first BUTI Glow & Sound Bath with Casey Winters and Amber Adams.

Step into a night of vibrant energy and deep relaxation at our Glow & Flow event. Begin with an electrifying hour of BUTI Yoga under the mesmerizing glow of black lights. Move to the rhythm of the music as you unleash your inner power, feeling the beat and energy pulse through you.

After the flow, sink into a tranquil 30-minute Sound Bath to calm your mind and restore your spirit. Let the soothing vibrations of the sound waves wash over you, bringing your evening to a peaceful and harmonious close.


Try These for Flexibility

When you think about yoga, is flexibility the first thing that pops into your head? I'm hearing it a lot lately, so you're not alone. But, you don't have to be flexible to do yoga...

Yoga helps you increase flexibility.

Many people think that yoga is all about stretches, but yoga is so much more than just a physical exercises. Yoga can be a mental practice and a mindful way of life that keeps us flexible (and strong!) both physically and spiritually.

Try these three poses for flexibility mind-body-soul:

  1. Downward-Facing Dog is a foundational pose that stretches the whole back side of your body while encouraging strength. It is a grounding posture that turns you upside down, lifting your heart above your head. This inversion can serve as a powerful reminder to align our thoughts (head) with God’s guidance (heart). This is a great pose to make a distinction between a long workday and your home life.
  2. Wide-legged Seated Forward Bend is a stretch that opens the spine, hips, upper legs and lower back, promoting overall flexibility to underused part of our body. A form of bowing down, this posture can help you connect to the earth and enter into a time of introspection and surrender to our Creator. This is a great pose to try out on the floor for longer holds while watching TV during commercial breaks.
  3. Pose of a Child gently stretches the hips, thighs, ankles and low back. It’s a restorative pose that helps relax the body and mind. This pose symbolizes surrender and humility in a way that it is the universal posture of devotion and powerful posture that reflects a child-like trust in the tender care of our Lord. This is a great pose to try out first thing in the morning or right before bedtime.

Speaking of flexibility, our first month was just the beginning—now we’re adding 2 more classes, 3 more teachers, 4 more times and 5x the fun to the schedule!

Here's what's new:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:30am class moves to 7:15am; Keep your week going strong with 6am express, 7:15am, and 6pm classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • Fridays: We added a 6-7am class, making it 3 classes every Friday too!
  • Saturdays: Starting October 5th, we’ll have a new 10am class; so 2 classes instead of 1 (because some of us need a slow start to the weekend).
  • Sundays: The 7pm class moved to 3pm, and we’re adding an 8:30am class—now a total of 4 classes for our weekend warriors!
  • October's charity event is on the schedule—a free class for our Healthcare Heroes.
  • November's charity event is on the schedule—a contributions-based sound bath for vibrational healing during the busy holiday season (supporting rescue farm animals). You get to slide the bar to pick the price that works for you!
  • We've added special classes included with your membership on Halloween and Thanksgiving.

We can’t wait to move, grow, and have fun with you even MORE. Help us to welcome Kris, Katie and Stephanie to Rebel.
